By Team
1. Winchester- 12 (Winchester had an astonishing NINE players drafted from their 2008 team. I've never seen anything like it!)
2. Waynesboro- 9 (Waynesboro had four from 2009 go, and two from 2010!)
3. Covington- 8 (Covington had five players from 2008 drafted)
4. Staunton- 7 (Staunton had four from '09, and three from their current 2010 team!)
5. Tie: Luray and Front Royal- 6
7. Haymarket- 5
8. Tie- Fauquier, Harrisonburg and Woodstock- 4
10. New Market- 3
12. Rockbridge- 2 (Quite good if you remember that they've only had one team!)
That's a total of 69 players drafted- the most of any year since before 2006. Congratulations to all!
From here, I will be keeping track of signings. So the next time you see this list, there will be bolded entries for those who have signed professional contracts.
Another incredible effort on your part Mr. Leonard! Congrats to the four young men from the 2009 Waynesboro Generals that will carry their dream of playing in the show to the next level!

John, I tried to find the results of rounds 30+ on my own and I have a whole new respect for the hard work you've done here! I don't know how you do it, but thankfully you do! Great job! It's wonderful that players throughout our league were chosen.

Thanks, Jerry and Mary! Mary, it really is exhausting- I look up player after player after player... and I still miss some. It's my favorite thing, though- to see these guys get a shot at pro ball is pretty great. I always feel bad for the misses, though- like Marcus Nidiffer. Why wasn't he drafted? How about Ricky Marshall? JLL
